For the Pitmasters here at Orleans Smokehouse, there’s nothing better than taking the time to create big, bold, smoky BBQ flavours to bring you a taste of the Deep South. It’s that dedication and patience that really pays off in every single bite. 

To create these signature flavours, we smoke all of our meats ‘low n slow’ in-house over a carefully curated combination of Hickory, Mesquite and Oak wood. This means low temperature cooking done nice and slow to create the perfect flavour. You can’t rush perfection.
